This item was supposed to be shipped with a R134a can tap. It was not included. Finding one around here is difficult. Imagine being in the middle of a repair and not having any way to add coolant. Very annoying. I've been in contact with them and no resolution has been offered. Now I just want to send it back and get a refund. But no one jas gotten back to me. The phoyo below clearly states the r134a can tap is included

Overall good product little hard to read for psi, and its hard to keep all the fittings tight. Other then that works fine

The price was good but it ended up being too cheap. They lasted about a year and all the hoses started leaking at the crimp and the gauges stopped working.

yeah finally arrived, but does not have correct fittings to connect to household AC units, need to state for AUTO industry use only, what you would expect for a cheap single rotor vac pump.

Besvikelse! Med trasiga kopplingar på låg o högtryck samt några dåliga gängor som gjorde att den läckte vid leverans. Efter att ha anskaffat nya kopplingar och fixat med gängor och bytt några packningar har jag använt pumpen en gång. Billigt är inte alltid bra.

Leider ist Vevor nicht in der Lage, Artikel in die Schweiz zu exportieren. Der Artikel ging bei der Zollabfertigung in Deutschland direkt wieder zurück an Vevor und der Kaufpreis wurde rückerstattet. Vevor ist auch nicht in der Lage, mitzuteilen, weshalb der Export nicht funktioniert hat. Momentan ist der Artikel nicht mehr verfügbar und Vevor ist nicht in der Lage ein adäquates Ersatzgerät vorzuschlagen. Der Kunde ist komplett sich selbst überlassen da helfen auch endlose Mails und Tickets nicht weiter.

Never received,I paid for it and Vevor has refused to make it right. I have purchased many items and have been happy except for some reason they won’t make this right .I lost $121.00. I am debating whether to keep buying from a company that takes my money and gives me nothing for it

After they offered 20$ then 40$ discount,I refused and returned but no refund. Even though they told you they immediately sent refund once I sent it out.
