Use this daily to make sandwiches, pancakes, burgers etc… it does take about 4 minutes to get up to temp which is no different then a pan. I love it and use it every day. I hope it last for many years.

I was on the fence about buying this grill for a while. I'm so glad I did. I love it! Make sure you season the grill top first. There's plenty of videos on YouTube of how to do it. I would buy again if I needed another one.

The griddle was at a great price but sadly the cooking surface temperature is uneven. This makes grilling hard.
