Dieser Bandschleifer sollte in keiner Werkstatt fehlen !!

Die Schleifmaschine ist in einer Soliden und guten Verpackung angeliefert worden. Die Verarbeitung der einzelnen Komponenten an der Maschine sind in einer guten Qualität. dIe elektrischen Anschlüsse am Frequenzumrichter könnten aber noch etwas profesioneller verdeckt werden. Ein Notschalter wäre ebenfalls von Vorteil. Wer etwas handwerklich Begabt ist dürfte dieses Mango aber kein Problem sein, es ist mit wenig finanziellen und arbeitszeitlichen Aufwand verbunden. Ich habe die Kabel verlängert damit der Frequenzumrichter in weiterer Entfernung abgelegt werden kann, einen Notschalter dazwischen installiert und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Eine Schutzabdeckung für das Schleiferband mit einem Absaugstutzen wäre noch das absolute Highlight. Aber man darf nicht vergessen, welcher Preis für die Maschine gezahlt wird. Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und Zweckentsprechend. Fazit! Der Bandschleifer ist eine Bereicherung meiner Werkstatt ich würde ihn auch wieder kaufen und er macht das was er soll.

For the last 3 years I have been looking for a small belt grinder/sander for shaping and finishing small parts. I am a gunsmith for antique and new Colt revolvers, (30 + years). For the past 12 years I heave used a Kalamazoo 1 x 42. I wanted something with variable speed and a more robust platen and table system. Most of what I found was in the $500 to $800 and too bulky. I read a lot of the comments about this machine and was skeptical, but wanted to see for myself. I was fully expecting to have to do some mods, but at $200 I thought it would be worth it. I am extremely pleased with the machine and its quality, considering what it is. I found the overall build quality to be an 9. I made a few improvements that were very easy to do that made a huge difference. Photos included for clarity. Six washers were needed. Four on the left side for bolts that needed more contact area. The other two washers are spacers between the platen and the mounting arms. The platen sits slightly behind the vertical plane of the wheels above and below it. This causes the belt to have play in it as you push something into it for grinding. I want the belt to rest right on the platen, so the moment you press a part into the belt, it is sanding. The $3800 TW90 knife grinder I have is set up this way. I placed one washer between each of the two mounting points of the platen. They measure 0.026" or 0.67mm in thickness. This put the wheels and platten in perfect alignment. Two other things to note. There is a small mounting block that holds the machine to the swivel. There are four bolts holding this together. They were all very loose causing the machine to wobble. Like most reviewers have suggested, check and tighten all bolts. I used Loctite on these as they are hard to get to. One very small nitpick, I didn't like how small the handle for the belt tensioner was. I made a new handle by I turning a 3/4" piece of aluminum on my lathe. See photo. As a knife maker, this little sander/grinder fits a perfect niche between full scale 2” x 72”grinders and rotary tool applications. Prior to ordering, I was skeptical about the power of this small motor for some applications. After using for a few weeks, the motor is more than sufficient for any scale job that you would be using this for. The features on this little grinder justify the price. Having vertical and horizontal applications, separate work tables for each, along with a standard platen and a contact wheel plus variable frequency drive and reversibility really give this tool a lot of versatility. I find the sanding belts that came with the device are subpar, but are functional for a very brief period of time. I cannot speak to the longevity, but initial impressions are high. I would strongly recommend this machine for serious hobbyists, knife makers, or anyone who has a use for a functional machine at this size.

Ich habe die Entscheidung aufgrund guter Reviews auf Youtube gefällt, wobei mir ein Spruch besonders gefallen hat: "Wollen Sie Messer herstellen oder Bandschleifer basteln". Und ich will definitiv lieber Messer herstellen! Das war eine gute Entscheidung. Ursprünglich dachte ich, dass ich den Bandschleifer eher als ein vollständiges Set an Bastelunterlagen einschätzen muss, so im Sinne eines Bausatzes, den man selbst noch fertig machen muss. Aber das stimmt nicht. Der Bandschleifer kann sofort verwendet werden. Und ich bin von der Qualität sehr beeindruckt. Das Material ist sehr stabil und massiv. Natürlich kann man nicht erwarten, dass alle Teile von Werk aus perfekt justiert sind. Aber die kleinen Korrekturen (Position des Motors verschieben, Winkel und Position des Anschlags einstellen etc.) dienen eher dazu, das Gerät besser kennen zu lernen. Zwei Dinge muss ich anmerken. Extrem irritiert hat mich, dass Paypal mir gemeldet hat, dass ich das Geld an ein Wedding Studio überwiesen habe. Ich habe echt Angst, dass ich Opfer eines Betrugs wurde. Aber die Lieferung erfolgte unglaublich schnell und zuverlässig. Ich will nicht spekulieren, warum das so ist. Das Gerät war in einer Holzkiste super verpackt. Ich konnte mich wieder entspannen und war mit der Maschine sehr zufrieden. Der zweite Punkt, den ich ansprechen muss, ist der Frequenzumrichter. Der ist wirklich ein Bastelprojekt. Ich muss mir noch überlegen, wie ich den staubsicher in ein Gehäuse einbaue, das aber ausreichend belüftet ist. Aber es gibt ja Vorschläge auf Youtube diesbezüglich. Sehr vertrauenserweckend ist der FU allerdings nicht. Ich weiß nicht, ob es so eine gute Idee war, den FU zu kaufen. Vermutlich hätte es der einfache, ungeregelte 230 V Motor auch getan. Bisher habe ich jedenfalls noch nicht das Bedürfnis gehabt, für die Bearbeitung von Stahl die Drehzahl niedriger als Maximum einzustellen. Das kann bei den Messergriffen anders sein. Wer mit dem Bandschleifer Stahl entgraten, abrunden oder entrosten will braucht den FU definitiv nicht. KISS. Weniger Elektronik macht das Gerät sicher robuster und weniger fehleranfällig. Ich bin somit mal wieder ein Opfer meiner Gier, immer das Maximum rausholen zu wollen, geworden. Aber hey, hinterher ist man immer klüger.

Ottima levigatrice, consegna veloce e pacco integro. La macchina presenta un assemblaggio da rivedere con la stretta di tutti i bulloni lasciati lenti, cinghie non molto idonee solo per prova, bisogna comprare delle cinghie idonee per il proprio utilizzo. Peccato che sia tutta in metallo amagnetico. Unica pecca la ruota motrice presenta qualche imperfezione (vedi foto), mentre la ruota superiore di trascinamento (regolazione nastro) andrebbe sostituita con una più adatta, problema superabile con l'avvolgimento centrale di sei giri di nastro isolante. Nel complesso rapporto qualità/prezzo/funzionalità, veramente consigliata

Même si le prix pour ce genre d'outil est élevé, la qualité est au rendez vous. Facile à monter avec un peu de réflexion et de bon sens. Tous et en anglais alors vive google translate. trois bande pour essayer la machine, c'est cool mais vu le prix un petit lot serai cool. Le régulateur de vitesse est simple, efficace et indispensable! Le transport est irréprochable: machine boulonnée dans une grosse caisse en bois ! si vous cherchez et êtes hésitant vous pouvez foncer !!!
