Edges of unmachined surfaces can be sharp and would benefit from a more detailed finishing process.
Locating dowels of different widths could be supplied to make mounting easier.

A lot of vice for the price and a good heavy casting, well ground surface finish on the sliding surfaces and jaws. I just had to tidy up the edges of the base with a file as they were still sharp from grinding. The base will eventually be scraped in but for now it’s good enough. I think the maximum deviation over all with the vice fully open from fixed jaw to moving was with in 0.06mm

Fast shipping. Vise was well packed and machined surfaces were covered in light coat of machine oil. Supplied fasteners fit the 12mm T slots of my 7 X 17 mill. Perfect for my needs.

I was very surprised by the high quality of this vice vs the price. Old beat up vises this size cost 3x as much and other brands are $500 to $600. Very satisfied with all my Vevor purchases!
