Get the extended warranty, because these cleaners work for 14 months to the day before it burns up the plug. Third unit now, same failure everytime. Lot of tool for the money, but the quality is loooooooow!

Was a great machine. Had it less than a year and its dead already. Worked amazing while it lasted not it will run for 5 to 7 min, then it pops its reset button. Doesn't matter if heat is on or not

Attention a ne pas tomber en panne car avec Vevor le service après vente est pitoyable !je regrette très largement mon achat vue la complexité pour faire marcher la garantie. En quelques sorte débrouiller vous......Déçu pourtant j'aime leurs articles mais là je part voir la concurrence. Que cet avis puisse vous aider a y voir plus clair....

I bought this unit to clean parts as part of an engine restoration project. It worked ok for the first 6 months or so although I noticed a notable sound difference when you were running both the heater and the ultrasonic cleaning mode at the same time. The fitting for the hose drain is not the correct size or threading so i had to use teflon tape and build it up enough that i could get a seal and water didn't go everywhere. The little rubber feet on the basket wont stay one, i tried gluing them and everything. eventually they all fell off and get lost when you drain it so now the basket is metal on metal on the cleaning tub and it is god aweful loud. Eventually it started throwing the breaker everytime I tried to use both the heating and cleaning mode at the same time. When you only use the heater it never warms up and it is pretty much usless for cleaning and degreasing unless the water is hot. So now i have a 30l paper weight taking up space on my workbench. I have been trying to get a resolution with customer service for several weeks now and have gotten no where. I have probly a dozen messages, had to send videos multiple times. They asked me to take it apart myself and check on the connections. I am not an electrician but I did as they asked and everything was tight, but it still kicks out about 30 seconds into a cleaning cycle. If they would just send me a new one it would be fine. So miuch for their valued 48hr customer service resolution. Maybe one day they will come through.

We purchased this in October 2025, and two days ago just randomly stopped working. We got the warranty on it, and I have been trying to warranty it for the past two days. I can't get into the warranty page, says my information is wrong (should not be wrong, I copied and pasted all information from warranty confirmation email when we purchased it. So I emailed in regards. Got an email saying to make sure I enter the information correctly. Well I already tried that, several times, and I emailed back saying that. Haven't heard back. This is the second time this has happened with a purchase through this brand where it stops working after not having it for that long. Then customer service takes forever, and there's no phone number to be able and call to speak with someone. It's all through email.

Had this for maybe 7-8 months, power cord and fuses has melted together but machine was still working just not regulating heat, this was used in a industrial setting, but had forgot to turn machine off at end of cycle and machine was on NOT RUNNING and uncontrollably heated the fluid, came in to the lid of the machine paint was melted off and the fluid was literally boiling. If you buy this i would only have it in a concrete area. Not sure what they will do as still working with customer care, but this is extremely dangerous and should be recalled.

I bought many VEVOR products and this is the first one that broke down. It broke down on the first usage, i would not turn on at all... It happens I was not upset about this BUT when I asked for a refund a replacement or to have it repaired VEVOR said they will reimburse me 10 euros or I can fix it myself and they will send the parts. It is only after threatening them to take legal action that they did the right thing and sent a replacement... VERY DISAPOINTED I will not buy from the website anymore as the warranty support was scarry.

Very disappointed, as others have stated, Plug, switch and cable burst into flames. Thankfully I was in next room and smelled the smoke. Immediately unplugged it. This could have burned my house down. This seems to be a common problem and Vevor needs to do better. I created a ticket and waiting to hear back from them. I would like a new machine sent to me that has actually been checked and tested.
