Horrible product and follow up customer service!! The unit NEVER worked (would not get cold) iI needed it for a CHARITY event and offered to send back but they instead wanted endless pics and videos, which i did. Then after all that time delay they offered to refund my money and NEVER did. Not to mention ALL the money that was lost because of their ridicules delays of pics and videos, so the REAL LOSER was the CHARITY FUBDRAISER!!
More and more getting the picture of less than accurate product description and use along with Noncustomer Service after the sale and then lied to about creating my $532.83.
