I had to repair some copper pipe in an area I didn't want to solder on. I also didn't want to pay a couple grand for a power tool to rarely use. Vevor to the rescue. Did what it was supposed to - crimp pipe fittings. Was a fraction of the cost of a power tool. (there wasn't even a manual tool available around here). There were several reviews that talked about the size of the tool and that it needed some muscle. This lead me to think the tool was going to be bigger than it actually ended up being - It is not a "small" tool but the size wasn't an issue. I am not very strong but didn't have any issue with how much force was needed to crimp.

That I didn't want to pay 2400 euros for an Uponor battery-powered press. The Uponor electric battery press has a pressing force of about 4.5 tons and the Vevor has 6 tons. So I bought an Uponor 20mm press head and replaced it with the Vevor one. I also made the necessary transitions to the Uponor press head. I also installed a hydrometer (bar) on the Vevor hydraulic pump to see more or less 4.5 tons of pressing force. A hydrometer is not really needed, because newer Uponor press heads can also last 6 tons. Therefore, I got a very compact tool for pressing pipe joints that fits anywhere and even in places where the Uponor battery press couldn't reach. It works and for pressing pipes under the ceiling, I use a much longer hydraulic hose so that I put the child on the floor to pump and I myself am under the ceiling with a ladder. I do plumbing work when the mood strikes and don't depend on tool rentals.

Die Presszange mit den TH-KONTUR Einsätze funktioniert ohne Probleme und Kinderleicht, alles war beim ersten Verpressen dicht! Ich habe die Leitungen in der Wohnung komplett getauscht und kann das Werkzeug nur wärmstens empfehlen. Habe mir noch V-Kontur Einsätze dazu bestellt und die passen auch ohne Probleme und verpressen ordentlich.

Ich finde Bewertungen gut, aber leider entsprechen sie oft nicht meinen Erwartungen, weil ich glaube, dass die Anforderungen ganz unterschiedlich sind. Es ist leider auch nicht dienlich, wenn man immer wieder zu einer Bewertung aufgefordert wird. Ich habe das Werkzeug bis dato noch nicht eingesetzt, so dass ich mich lediglich darauf beschränke wie die Abwicklung war und letztendlich die optische Wertigkeit. Beides haben hervorragend geklappt. Das Gerät selber macht einen wertigen Eindruck, nur die Box ist qualitativ eher nicht so prall. Mehr kann ich leider nicht schreiben, alles andere wäre gelogen

Works quite well, already used it on 2 projects. Good quality, easy to use. You can't beat the price. Cheaper than renting an electric press tool. If you're a diy'er, it's a perfect addition to your toolbox

I have to say for the price, this thing works great used it on the 3/4 copper fitting worked great no leaks, easy to use I will definitely get my money's worth on this tool. No need for me to buy a 3,000 dollar one when this one does just as good
