Nach Reklamation, dass die Bohrung an der Frontplatte nicht mit der Gradskala übereinstimmt. Eine Abweichung von 2 Grad hat. Habe Fotos mit eingereicht. Kundendienst schickt eine Mail nach der anderen ohne aussage. Sie schreiben , ich kann auf der Mail antworten . Das habe ich auch getan, aber ohne Wirkung. Nun schreiben Sie mir, da ich angeblich
nicht geantwortet habe wollen sie die Reklamation einfach einstellen, kein schöner zug

Poor finish. Rough surfaces with lots of burrs that could cause injury to the user. Missing screws.
Some gaps that may be possible to fix.
On a scale of 0 to 10 for finish, I give it 7 points. The price is good, but
they need to be more careful with the finish.
This is my honest opinion. Sorry about that.

Bearings and worm gear full of casting sand had to disassemble and clean completely before I could use it or it would not last very long
Now that it’s clean and adjusted it is a good piece for the price I added a stepper motor and use it on my cnc mill

You did not delivery on time. As a matter of fact It arrived ike 2 weeks later. According to the travking number it was delivery on hanuary but that is not true. ..
