I use and like Vevor but this heater has problems. First thing it works well and heats well but it stinks. I have another Vevor heater in my caravan and it's terrific no smells at all. I have run it for an hour but the smell just gets stronger. Customer service were very good and told me to pull it apart and see if there's any leaks etc, I found a small bit of cardboard and a dead dried out grasshopper in the outside of the combustion chamber. I thoroughly cleaned it and put it back together but it still is offensive and wont go away. I'll My claim case is closed now and cant be reopened so I'll probably leave this one for spare parts and buy another one from Edisons. Vevor generally is very good but I got a Dud this time.

Not worth it, stopped working after few uses. Had been in storage from long time if they return it. Will be happy to return it

Horrible quality used once and quit working

Received it in february 2024, try it once at spring, work well.... I taugh. Untill a reopen the container where I store it. The bottom of my container was filled of diesel and after removing the cover I saw that the tank was cracked where the fuel hose is connected. 150$ for a thing that you never get a chance to try in real condition is a bad buying.

Didn't work out of the box. ( said blower motor) I have bought a few and only one didn't work no way to communicate with vevor so I'm out my money

After have a near miss possible tragic fire happen I am hoping to have this unit replaced with a safer model. The fuel line is literally an inch away from the blazing hot exhaust pipe. I even attempted to help with the heat coming off it and wrapped it with heat resistant manifold tape. The plastic fuel tube still melted a tiny hole cause diseal fuel to drip. Lucky i was close by and caught it soon as the smoke and smell started. Can I exchange this unit for a safe unit. How this even passed into public production is beyond me.

They do not support warranty claims and mess around with messaging. If you get a faulty product good luck getting support. They have good inexpensive gear when it runs fine. Horrible customer service and support

I ordered 2 diesel heaters and received only 1 text customer service at Vevor and the shipping company and received no responce from either of them, very disappointed

It's very unreliable product. It just failed in 2 uses. Don't waste your money. what is worse is terrible replace or refund policy.
