Was a very good heater UNTIL it started shutting itself off for no reason. I do not recommend this heater as there is no way to contact Vevor to speak to a live person..

it didnt work when i got it all it did was blow fuses and the wires got hot and i asked vevor for a replacement or refund and they told me i need to take it apart and look at it well im no electrician and i bet most of the people that buy these are not either but i did everything looked good so now they want to send me replacement parts instead of a heater that works or a refund so i guess if you buy something from vevor they expect you to make their product work i have had this heater for almost a month now and still have not been able do to faulty equipment and takes weeks to receive parts

problems with the heater day one fuel pump makes a lot of noise and does not pump fuel I reached out t and they wanted videos and pictures. I sent my videos and have not heard nothing back from them.

Don’t like to put review like this, but this heater doesn’t work I bought 8kwt diesel heater from vevor, 3 days after I started to use it it’s stoped working, vevor been kind enough to send me replacement. Replacement worked for one week and started smoking when I try to start it and never started. I decided to dig in myself to see what is going on with them. The first heater stoped working due to failed fuel pump, second stoped working due to broken ignition plug. Which making me think quality of parts that have been used is really bad. I eventually fixed first one with failed fuel pump. Worked for one week and has same issue with ignition plug . Not recommended at all.

Haven't installed it. The control cable between the remote unit and the blower is only about a meter long, so no use for my application, where I wanted the heater some distance from the blower. Vevor say there is no cable that extends the control wire available. It might be possible to make one up, but I don't have the skills or the equipment. Additionally, they say it's not possible to extend the ducting beyond 3 metres, where I wanted to extend it 5 or 6 metres, so that doesn't work either. The control issue might be resolvable if the bluetooth app works properly, which would be fine, but the ducting issue is a problem that I'm not sure how to get around. At the moment it's a 100Euro paperweight.

Durch Sonneneinstrahlung wenn sich das Fahrzeuginnere erwärmt, löst sich vom Display die Kunststoffscheibe. Nach Kurzer Zeit schaltet sich die Heizung von selbst ein....

Hallo, ich habe bereits eine Nachricht an ihren Support geschrieben und darin mitgeteilt, dass ich über das vorhandene Display die Heizung nicht programieren kann. Ich habe mir ein ausführliches Video auf youtube angesehen und genau das gemacht, wie es im Video beschrieben ist, aber das Display schmeißt mich jedesmal wieder raus. Auf die Nachricht an ihren Support, mit der Bitte um Hilfe, ist absolut nichts passiert. Neue Displays gibt es selbstverständlich zu kaufen, doch warum sollte ich das machen, ich habe schließlich Garantie. Auf die Frage, ob ich zufrieden bin und evtl. nochmal bei Vevor bestellen würde, muss ivh mit einem klaren NEIN antworten !!! Vielleicht passiert ja aufgrund meiner Bewertung noch was, ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich die Heizung doch noch zum Laufen bringen würde. Mit freundlichem Gruß, Hans Senftinger.
