Chris BEWARE never received it dont buy from Vevor!!!
It has Been a month all they keep saying is their logistics team confirm it was delivered however, I keep expressing it is not my house and I have surveillance cameras all over including one facing the door and no one delivered anything. I have been arguing with them, the shipping company, and PayPal. This is ridiculous.

Angry Customer Stopped working a few months after buying it.
This device just stopped working. I turned it on one day and it started emitting a high pitched noise (not the ultrasonic noise it usually emits), and then a popping sound. The display never came back on. This things dead.
So then I checked to see when I bought it. It's still under the 12 month "warranty". However there isn't any way on the website to contact anyone about a warranty claim. I even filled out the warranty certificate request, but there is no actual way to file a warranty claim. The website just directs you to the manual, or to order "accessories" for the device.

acheter en octobre 2022 , utiliser 5 fois et la carte principale hs , modèle toujours en vente sur le site , mais pas de pièces de rechange .
j aurais su avant que c était du jetable , je n aurait pas acheté .

No es como en las fotos. He reclamado y si no doy soporte no puedo iniciar la devolución. Además, te la tienen que aprobar ellos, lo cual va en contra del artículo 16 de la Directiva 2011/83/UE.
Atención pésima.

Después de usar la máquina varias veces he quedado muy decepcionado por qué no limpia, las piezas están igual que antes de ponerlas a limpiar

Das 2 Gerät das wir bekommen haben, das erste wurde gar nie geliefert, das 2 schon ging aber nach 1 Monat defekt, Keine Garantie und die Abwicklung des Support ist eine Katastrophe, neues Gerät gab es nicht, und Zurück senden für Reparatur war gar nicht möglich da sie das nicht anbieten.

Mark Ultrasonic cleaner failed
I've had the cleaner for almost a year. I've used maybe a dozen times over that time. I set the machine and timer as normal and walked away for 5 minutes to come back to a machine that wouldn't power on. I replaced the fuse on the switch and the red light was turning on, but no power to the control board.

Reçu relativement rapidement la commande mais appareil défectueux, après plus de 10 jours d’échanges d’e-mail, il me propose de m’envoyer une carte mère mais avec un délai de 10 à 15 jours… J’insiste pour avoir un nouvel appareil mais toujours pas d’acceptation de leur part, je ne recommande pas du tout cet entreprise.
