Mandrino un pò rumoroso

I purchased this 4 kW ER25 spindle to upgrade my CNC machine used mainly for hardwood carving and woodworking projects. After installation and testing, I am very satisfied with its performance. The spindle runs smoothly, with low vibration and good torque throughout the speed range. It maintains stable RPM under load and performs much better than my previous spindle, especially during roughing operations with larger cutters. The spindle was configured to run at 300 Hz (18,000 RPM) and is controlled directly from Mach3 through a VFD. Speed control is accurate and reliable. Pros: Powerful 4 kW motor ER25 collet system Smooth and quiet operation Stable speed under load Excellent value for the price I would definitely recommend it for CNC woodworking, hardwood carving, and other demanding applications.

Funciona perfectamente

Der Spindelmotor ist für meine Hobbyfräse vorgesehen. Die Lieferung war sauber verpackt, vollständig, und wurde innerhalb des angegebenen Lieferzeitraums zugestellt. Als Frequenzumrichter verwende ich einen Vevor AT1-4000X Inverter. Rundlaufabweichung konnte ich mit meinen Mitteln, Messuhr mit 0,01mm Anzeige, nicht feststellen. Gemessen habe ich direkt in der Spannzangenaufnahme und bei einem eingespannten 12mm(Spannzange AAA 12mm) Fräser am Schaft. Die Geräuschentwicklung wäre bei einem Wassergekühlten Motor sicher geringer, aber die Fräse steht ja nicht in der Wohnung. Bisher bin ich mit der Anschaffung sehr zufrieden.

Everything looks very good. When I start it up I will have more information. Delivery extremely fast +5 As a problem I would say that the installation is poorly described. I watched for 30 minutes and I couldn't figure out how to connect.. I will need technical support. I would always recommend.

Strong built, sturdy - just deployed, not yet in production but we expect good results from this tool in a CNC/milling application using a robotic arm.
