- Handle workpieces of varying sizes: The 9.84-inch PU roller features internal and external holes, offering flexibility in adjusting the roller gap to different workpiece sizes. The internal holes are suitable for workpieces with an outer diameter of 25–800 mm, and the external holes are ideal for workpieces with an outer diameter of 200–1400 mm.
- Robust and stable construction: Our welding swivel roller features a sturdy carbon steel construction for high load capacity and long service life. High-quality, wear-resistant PU rollers provide increased friction and more stable workpiece support. It also includes a welding torch stand for securely mounting the welding gun.
- Two control modes, easy to use: The rotary rollers come with a manual control box and a foot switch: 1. Select automatic mode, then the rollers will continue to rotate at the set speed; 2. Select foot switch mode. The foot switch allows the rollers to rotate within a small range, making it easy to move or fine-tune the workpiece.

VEVOR Turning Rolls Linkage Roller
The VEVOR rotary roller connecting roller features a 600W high-torque motor for efficient rotation. The 9.84-inch PU roller has internal and external holes and is suitable for workpieces with an outside diameter of 25–800 mm and 200–1400 mm.
Our rotating welding positioner, made of high-strength carbon steel, boasts an exceptional load capacity of 1000 kg. Its robust and durable structure can handle a variety of welding tasks.
Our polyurethane rollers ensure high stability and balance. They are made of wear-resistant and durable polyurethane material, minimizing workpiece damage and offering improved friction for better control of workpiece rotation speed.
Two control modes are available – a control box and a foot switch: 1. Select automatic mode for continuous rotation. 2. Select foot mode and use the foot pedal switch to control stop/start.
Whether metal welding, welding large pipes, welding heavy machinery or automated welding, it ensures efficient welding performance and meets your welding requirements with precision and efficiency.
