Received within days of ordering in apparently perfect condition. All I've done so far is charged it and tested it on a small load consisting of PC, router, modem. All worked fine and continued uninterrupted in a simulated power failure. The better test will be in a real power failure, which we experience with some regularity. I'm anticipating it will keep me connected and allow me to run some small appliances for up to 24 hours. I like the ability to charge at a lower rate and the digital display of power in and power out. The controls all seem reasonably intuitive. I haven't used it with any major load, but so far I'm 100% satisfied.
