If it arrives broken they just ignore replacement request after getting all required pictures and info.
Ticket closed after my review not opened. Shocking. They have the order number, videos and packaging photos but want me to get more information from the courier on the package they sent.
Delay delay delay until you give up. Don't deal with them with items that could be damaged in transport
