The shipment arrived promptly and the packaging was intact! Unfortunately, some panels had small defects because they arrived vacuum-packed and very bent. Some had crushed corners. But I managed to save them by wetting them, ironing them by hand, and drying them. The result was satisfactory. So, all of them were usable without any problems.They are excellent absorbent material. It looks great and does a great job of soundproofing. I'm fully satisfied!

They are fine, I am not clear about the wording "Adhesive Acoustic Panels"; I thought they were self-adhesive, but they are not at all, but they are still fine, just buy a bit of silicone...
