The vise is made of ductile QT500 cast iron, offering high toughness, tensile strength, and wear resistance. It features internal fine grinding, a smooth action, and prevents jamming. It is also rust and corrosion resistant.
Hardened cheek
The jaws are thickened and finely ground. Its maximum clamping force can reach 19 kN. The clamping vise is semi-enclosed, preventing iron filings from easily entering and thus extending the vise's lifespan.
