È possibile acquistare un oculare elettronico con wifi, oppure utilizzare un supporto per cellulare per posizionarlo sull'oculare e guardarlo. Tutti i prodotti sono dotati di un'interfaccia standard internazionale C-mount a tre vie. L'ordine di collegamento è: 1) Interfaccia a tre vie → fotocamera/display (assicurarsi che siano tutte interfacce C-mount) → USB o HDMI al computer, 2) oculare elettronico (deve avere un diametro di 23,2 mm) posizionato sulla porta dell'oculare → USB al computer
