Ernie W Quad muscle buster
12-Speed Hydraulic
If you are looking to get your quad muscles in shape, purchase this unit. Supersizing very light weight, but it supports over 300lbs /136kg. Easy to assemble, quality parts/paint. Once assembled, I would use better tools (sockets) to tighten all the bolts. Check the tightness every month. Just to be safe.
I am recovering from a quad tendon injury. This machine is helping with my recovery. I will use this machine daily even when I am fully recovered. Five minutes a day to do 3 sets of 10 squats will strengthen quad, core muscles, hamstrings, calves, and probably more. If you do this, I am sure withing a month you will notice climbing stairs will much easily.
