Very functional

I bought two cold spark machines, I opened the packages during an event but one of them immediately had problems, it was clear that it was emitting very few sparks. I immediately contacted customer support, which I must say is incredibly professional. They asked me for videos and details of the malfunction, they first offered me a refund which I did not accept, but shortly after they proposed sending a new machine which I accepted, it arrived quickly and works perfectly. Thank you Vevor, now I can do my shows with two perfectly functioning machines! Congratulations on handling the problem, inconveniences can happen but it makes a difference how they are managed!

I bought a pair of 500w fireworks machines from VEROR in January 2025. The order arrived on time, well sealed in the appropriate boxes. When I went to use them, one worked fine, but the other was not the same in the sense that it malfunctioned; the sparks did not come out properly. So, I tried to contact customer service to explain my issue, but they only communicate via messages, and it is not possible to have direct contact with a support center. After several days, I received a video with the procedure for performing maintenance on the machines, which is the only alternative to the problem. This can also be found on YouTube; it's not an issue. Having some experience in disassembling electrical equipment, I managed to unblock the machine using a screwdriver on the outer part of the machine by making some rotations. Let's say that for the price they cost, if you want to save a little, they do their job well and look good, considering that for a mid-range brand, you need at least 600/700 euros each. The machine works well, as described it heats up really quickly. The build quality seems quite good and solid. The remote control only responds well from a couple of meters away, then it doesn't work. It's a shame about the height adjustment; via remote control you can choose 2 heights, while via DMX you can choose 3. Many sparkulars allow for continuous modulation via DMX. The provided cables are 1.5m long. It does not have cooling before shutdown. After using it, you clean it and then turn it off; I don't really like this because the entire mechanical part remains at 550°C for a long time without a cooling fan. All in all, however, the quality-price ratio is good and I will buy more in the future.

The product arrived and everything was rattling inside, the internal power supply has damaged support feet, probably the courier handled the package poorly, however the product fortunately works well as described.

I must say that I already have a couple of spark machines purchased from another e-commerce site that perform poorly. I bought a pair of spark machines from this site to compare their performance and functionality with the ones I already own. The price surprised me, I paid half of what I already have. The components are robust and very well made compared to the ones I already have. The standard equipment is excellent and very sturdy, nothing to do with what I already have. The internal mechanics (gears and boiler) are of excellent quality. So far, I am fully satisfied, it's a shame there isn't a case for transport.
