This filling machine for liquids and pastes is equipped with a high-quality gas cylinder that delivers high performance and stable air pressure. Filling volume and speed are fully adjustable. The filling range is 3.4–33.8 oz / 100–1000 ml, and the maximum filling rate is 80 bottles per minute.
Two control modes
Our pneumatic filling machine offers two control modes: manual and automatic. Adjust the speed control on the cylinder housing, switch to automatic mode, and the machine will fill itself automatically. Alternatively, switch to manual mode and press the pedal to fill. The emergency stop switch allows you to stop and restart the machine at any time.
Anti-drip nozzle
The outlet nozzle can be easily removed and replaced. The lifting and filling device features an anti-drip nozzle that is not easily clogged, ensuring an efficient and accurate filling process. Filling accuracy is ≤ ± 1%.
304 stainless steel
