By rotating the T-piece, the roll gap can be precisely adjusted from 0.03 to 6.5 mm. With a gear ratio of 1:2, the handle rotates the rolls efficiently, making our rolling mills easy to operate with minimal effort.
The body of the decorative rolling mill undergoes a heat treatment that results in a uniformly smooth painted surface. For added protection, it is coated with stainless oil. The rollers are made of robust and wear-resistant 45# steel.
