Furthermore, the embedded sealing ring enhances insulation, and ventilation holes help equalize air pressure and control humidity.

With a capacity of 82 QT (90 L), our catering hot boxes can accommodate six 2.5-inch (6.35 cm) high plates or three 6.5-inch (16.51 cm) high plates.
