Jon Holds a punching bag!
Put it together mostly by myself, had the kids help hold the two beams up while I bolts them together. It moves on its own, so I bought four 25lbs weight plates to put on the legs.

The speed bag sucks. The kit for the speed bag sucks. However the heavy bag holder and frame itself is good. I actually use it for my pulley system and I upgraded the wood on platform and bearings with a new speed bag. I added another welded bar horizontally for my speed bag stability.
