I'm not an expert, but the life jacket seems to be of really good quality. It has two front pockets as well as a front and back attachment strap that goes through the crotch. This is necessary because when swimming with the life jacket, it tends to ride up and come off. With this attachment, it stays in place. As for the rest, what can I say? I weigh over 130 kg and this jacket keeps me afloat without any problems, both on my back and on my stomach. I practice canoeing and the jacket does not cause me any discomfort or hinder my movements. At the moment, I consider it a good purchase.
