Great, I would buy it again

It retained the Dallas weather we had last month. With winds up to 90mph. One of the poles bent and the screw came off the top, but overall it is in excellent condition.

I love thicker poles, they provide better support especially on windy days

It fits perfectly where I needed it. It seems to be quite sturdy.

I have purchased many different types over the years and all have bent or collapsed after a year or two. This one is much heavier. It is built like my covered parking space. I assembled it myself in a couple of hours. Well packaged. Arrived 1 week early! No bent or missing parts. Great deal!

The instructions said 3 people to assemble lol. I did it alone in about 3 hours. I used 2 socket wrenches. I also used 2 ladders to support the sides and the central part of the roof. I put the lower legs on last. I assembled the top and finally put on the covers. I lifted each side and screwed in the legs one at a time. I'm just trying to help anyone who is trying to do it alone.

Terrible experience! I received the damaged gazebo right upon opening the package: bent parts and unusable structure. I immediately contacted customer service, but instead of helping me, they dumped the problem on me, saying that the return would be at my expense. However, it is clearly stated on the website that returns are free within 30 days, so not only did I receive a defective product, but I also had to waste time discussing a right that I am entitled to. Zero seriousness, zero professionalism. Never again will I make a purchase from them!
