This commercial electric fryer has two powerful heating elements that quickly heat the oil to the desired temperature, ensuring fast and thorough cooking.
You can easily adjust the temperature from 50 to 200 °C. The fryer switches off automatically if the temperature exceeds 230 °C or if there is a malfunction of the temperature control. It also has a timer to remind you.
The stainless steel housing makes wiping after use easy. The welded oil tanks are connected to the front-mounted drain valve to ensure convenient oil drainage.
A cool-touch handle protects your hands, while a matching cover reduces oil splashes. A front hook makes emptying the basket easy.

Nel cilindro dell'olio è presente una scala del volume massimo dell'olio, che non supera la normale capacità massima dell'olio di 8 litri.
