It is great for the price. The metal is thinner than expected for the pots, but I plan to only use a couple times per year so I should last. The gas air valve was not installed correctly, however I was able to adjust it easily.

I bought this about a week and a half ago. I just got it picked up today and everything seems like it will work great.
I bought this so I can scald my turkeys when I’m processing them. it was cheaper to get this whole fryer set up compared to just a big pot for scalding so I went this route instead.
