I had my doubts for the price on how well this would work. I purchased it and it was very easy to set up.I unloaded some huge hay bales zero issues at all. This is very well-made and I would recommend buying this versus spending over $500 on other ones.

Our bale spike boasts a high load capacity of up to 1600 lbs (725 kg). Its 49-inch (approx. 124 cm) extended spear is made of high-strength spring steel for easy transport of large hay bales. It is compatible with a wide variety of compact loaders.
Our bale spike for tractors is designed for durability. We've increased the diameters of the spike and thread, lengthened the thread, and reinforced the connection points to prevent welding problems.
With a 49-inch (approx. 124 cm) extension spike and two 17.5-inch (approx. 44 cm) stabilizing spears, this 1+2 configuration forms a rock-solid triangle that will keep your hay securely in place.
With just four simple steps, you can attach, tighten, and mount a bale spike and two stabilizer spikes to your vehicle. For added convenience, our bale spike can be used with a compact loader quick-attach system (sold separately).
Our hay bale spike is extremely corrosion-resistant and rustproof, so it remains in excellent condition even with frequent use. It's not just for hay; its versatility knows no bounds.
