Purchased this device recently and immediately put it on my tractor and began utilizing it. I am very pleased with the quality of the implement and an exceptional value. It and it pretty much stays on my tractor all the time either moving rolls of hay or taking the spear out and moving trailers. I did paint it green though!!!

Our bale spike boasts a high load capacity of up to 1600 lbs (725 kg). Its 49-inch (approx. 124 cm) extended spear is made of high-strength spring steel for easy transport of large hay bales. It is compatible with a wide variety of tractors with a 3-point hitch.
Our bale spike for tractors is built to last. We've increased the diameter of the spike and thread, lengthened the thread, and reinforced the connection points to prevent welding problems. More durable in use!
With a 49-inch (approx. 124 cm) extension spike and two 17.5-inch (approx. 44 cm) stabilizing spears, this 1+2 configuration forms a rock-solid triangle that will keep your hay securely in place.
