Poiché la presa d'aria si trova nella parte inferiore e l'apparecchio è a stretto contatto con il piano del tavolo, il dispositivo non avrà aspirazione (ovviamente, dove non esce aria, non ne entra); inoltre, se utilizzato per lunghi periodi, l'apparecchio subirà una pressione eccessiva, il motore sarà sottoposto a un carico eccessivo e potrebbe bruciarsi.
