Easy maintenance or self-assembly of a safe tipping trailer
Our hydraulic tipping device was developed for dump trucks and trailers with a length of 3048 to 4267 mm and is ideally suited as a replacement for the hydraulic lifting devices of large scissor tippers. It can lift up to 8 t including load and loading platform.
This hydraulic tipper is equipped with a double-acting hydraulic pump, enabling motor-controlled lifting and lowering. Powered by a high-performance 12V DC motor, it offers quick start-up and rapid oil delivery.
It must also be folded up during maintenance, assembly and service work to prevent unintentional falling, which could lead to serious injuries, and to ensure operational safety.
The durable plastic oil tank is leak-proof and wear-resistant, and the unit is equipped with a powerful motor. High-strength structural steel ensures that the unit does not deform even under heavy loads.
This tipping body is mounted at the rear of the tipper trailer and allows for the easy handling of various materials such as construction debris, soil, gravel, and mulch. This versatility makes it a valuable tool for transporting materials and equipment.
