Not very sturdy. One of the holes for the bolt to go through didn’t match up with the bolt so I couldn’t screw that part in at all. Still usable as a pull up bar, but wouldn’t be able to do CrossFit style pull ups/muscle ups due to its instability. I like that it can be adjusted to many height options, as my child can also use it. However, it can be difficult to adjust as it doesn’t move smoothly. Postage was quick and assembly was fairly straightforward.
