The tarp seems to be holding up for at least one season and is comparable to most of the tarps out there. Perfect fit for a Costco carport frame. The bungee eyelets are in ideal locations and better than my original cover. The bad; The corner anchoring tether loops are made of poor fabric and will deteriorate with sun exposure rapidly, do not plan to use them as they will fail without warning. Instead loop any anchoring ropes to the frame directly.

Great, very satisfied with the purchase, simple, quick to replace, also comes with all the new elastic bands for fastening so that it can be replaced completely in no time.

Less than a year old and falling apart

I bought a replacement roof and spent a lot of time putting it on, only to find the grommets on one side to look like this in several spots. Disappointed as it looks like it will rip easily. Once it went on it was very loose. Updated to say that this has been on our tent for maybe 3 months now and it is leaking and has small holes all over it. Everything inside gets wet when it rains. This is such a piece of junk.
