VEVOR Handheld Pool Vacuum, 32 L/min Cordless Spa Hot Tub Vacuum with Extension Pole and 2 Brush Heads, 60 Mins Running Time, for Small Debris, Sand, Rechargeable Pool Cleaner for Above Ground Pools

this product is described as hot tub cleaner which supposed to consider it should perform cleaning in shallow water such as tubs ,jacuzzi where it is impossible to fill the tubs till the edge but just above the nozzles. That what is recommended considering the amount of water raising which every person in it and splash from the bubbles. So our tub is filled as required ,as shown on the photo which was sent to you however, this amount is not enough for your product’s drain outlet to be submerged into water therefore it is not appropriate for the tubs but only pools. However it is not helpful even there as the suction power is devastating weak.I have already tried in the shallow part of our pool and even put my hand to see why it leaves the dirt on the bottom. That how I not only saw but felt the suction strength. The adjustment of the handle direction ,which you suggested, doesn’t help as the drain outlet is above that adjustment point .Your platform doesn’t let me upload videos/photos setting some strange requirements making it pretty complicated to share your product’s failure with the others people.
